Wrestling techniques are being implemented in Bjj, as well as judo….it’s constantly evolving……besides, wrestlers are not excused from getting choked out ….Bjj has wrestlers in their ranks also.

This was very awesome, I'm recovering from a rib pop (no fracture, probably a cartillage tear), and was looking for workouts to help with rehab, this was very gentle yet very technical and physical- fom a moroccan bjj whitebelt :)

That’s a different movement. This is more of a toreando style passing movement or counter to a guard pull for Jiu Jitsu
